Will Sig 220 mags in .38 Super work in a 9mm Sig 220? The round is the same diameter so I would think that it should. Anyone have an opinion or knowledge on that?
The magazines are different. The .38 Super has a semi-rimmed case whereas the 9mm has a rimless case. You can try it, but I think you will find it causing feed malfunctions.
for 9mm extensively with no problem. My P220 is a 38 Super but when we go to a school 9 mm is a LOT cheaper for playing so I slip in the 9 mm barrel and away I go. about 1600 rounds in 4 days last week and NO stoppages.
