9mm pressure differences

Some background: I went to the gun show this weekend and they only had regular ball ammo from Winchester in 124 gr. that was marked 9mm NATO. Everything else was JHP or frangible. So is there any difference in pressure between 9mm NATO and 9mm Luger? You know, like the difference between 5.56x45mm and .223 Remington?

9mm NATO IS 9mm Luger.

NATO ammo does not fall under SAAMI, but rather the European standards, which are hotter. So NATO marked ammo may be in the +P range by SAAMI (or not), but won't be marked as such. It is normal ammo by European standards (where most 9mms are made).

The difference is not comparable to the .223/5.56 frackus, which also involves overall case and throat dimensions.

I see what I believe to be a mistake in the 38 Spl +P pressure. Max SAAMI pressure for a +P in 38 Spl is listed as 18,500 PSI.
