98 Mauser 3 position safety installation - Dakota Arms

I have a Dakota Arms 3 position safety I want to install on my 25-06. I thought it would be something I could do on my own but there are features that require machining I am not capable of.

Can anyone recommend a smith here in Wyoming? Preferably in the northwest region.

I do have a Dremel! Should I be doing this myself?

There is a half moon feature located at Two O'clock on the bolt end. Is the dremel precise enough for this operation? Seems like a recipe for disaster - or am I being a girly man??

I've done it with Foredom tool and its just a Dremel type tool. There should be a youtube video on it, if you dont feel comfortable doing it it may be best to take it to a shop. I'm in NC or I'd be glad to help you. If you cant find a gunsmith any machine shop can help if you show them what you have.
