929 working great

I've been playing with the new S&W 929 eight shot 9mm revolver for some time now. I think it's the best revolver I've bought in years.

It needed a little work from the factory for top accuracy. Recrowned the mussel, re cut the throat to 11 degrees, chamfered the cylinders and that's it.

It will shoot the right ammo under 1 " at 25 yards from a rest.

Seems like a lot of work for a brand-new revolver to have done before it shoots straight? I still havent seen one of these on the shelf yet at any of the local dealers, I was hoping to handle one of these.
