I finally found a load that achieved my goal of 3000 fps with the 175 gr. Nosler partition that didn't show any signs of excess pressure. I won't tell you the weight of the charge, since it's above (barely) the book max, but the powder was IMR-7828. Accuracy was good as well, right at 1" from my 24" barrel Ruger M77 MkII.
I was extremely disappointed with the velocities attained with Reloader 22, however the accuracy was superb, and performance on game was good too. I doubt they would have noticed the extra 200 or so fps I gained with this load.
