In about two weeks I'll be bringing home my new Ruger Blackhawk .45 colt. I've not reloaded this caliber before and am looking for load suggestions. I'm a fan of the XTP bullet and plan on using the 300gr .452" dia.
The main uses I have for the gun are hunting and backwoods self-defense.
I'd appreciate anyone sharing a load that's worked well for them. Thanks, Bill
