I was for a short period of time buying Lazer Cast 200 grain LSWC. I have since started casting my own. Which reminds me the range opens in a bit and I have 1k of them to put down range :D. Cost was less than $55 to load them.

Doesn't Rainier have 50,000 minimum bullet order ?
Yep, seems they want us end-users to buy from their distributor network.

Other choices too

I order from Midwayusa and Cabelas mostly. Cabelas has gotten real aggressive with their pricing for small to medium size orders. Both have all the major manufacturers and are competitive for where I live. The local place is almost double so I order online. Anywhere from 500-5000 at a time.
