IIRC Federal gold medal match .45 ammo if stilll made was loaded with a 200 JSWC, to 750 FPS for Bullseye pistol. I have not seen any in about 5 years and at the time it was like $21.00 a box of fifty when bought by the case of 10 boxes.
Yoou should consider taking up reloading and then you could load midrange ammo for 3.50-5.00 a box depending on your bullet selection.
