Has anybody noticed Hornady's data on the .451 200gr HP/XTP?

I grabbed a box of them at Wally World the other day. Checking thru the books for Win 231 data, here's what I found. (Speer, Lyman & Hodgdon don't list the XTP, so I've listed Gold Dot data for them.)

Speer 13:
200gr Gold Dot, COL 1.200", 4.4" bbl
5.6 (769) - 6.3 (857)

Lyman Pistol & Revolver 3rd edition:
200gr Gold Dot, COL 1.178", 5" bbl
5.5 (772) - 6.2 (897)

Hodgdon's data for HP-38/Win-231 on line:
200gr SPR JHP, COL 1.155", ? bbl
5.2 (794) - 5.9 (906)

Hornady 6th & 7th edition:
200gr HP/XTP, COL 1.230", 5" bbl
5.7 (800) - 6.8 (950)

That 6.8gr load kinda' scares me... Without wasting a lot of bullets, I'm not sure where to start with this load. I will usually work up a .45 load in 0.2gr increments, loading 7 to 10 rounds, and try to determine the most accurate load. Looks like if I do that, I've just ate up a $17.00+ box of bullets! ;)

Does anyone have experience with loading the XTP with 231 and care to share some wisdom with me?
