Here is my cast .40. Actually .401, I cast this the other day in a LEE 2 cavity mold #401-175-TC. They are cast from Lyman#2 (I mix it myself) and fall at about 170 grains.

This is the best looking bullet I have ever cast. I had to take a moment to brag :D.

I have several oter LEE molds, and so far I have been pleased. The trick with aluminum, from what I've seen is getting them to the right temperature. Once they get good and warm, things seem to go well.

I have that same mould. Mine shoot great. I lube with LLA and don't even size the bullets. I push them with AA#7 using a load from the Accurate powder website.
