.380 Hi Point loads

Before I get started, I know Hi Points are often a controversial topic. I don't wish to discuss their pros and cons.
I picked up a Hi Point 380 the other day for dirt cheap. Runs well, just like every other Hi Point Ive owned. My intention was to keep it as a car gun. Im just wondering what folks are using in these. I have some Buffalo Bore +p LFNs and find myself wondering if it could handle a limited diet of those.

Short answer is yes it can. It is the exact same frame and slide as the 9mm Hi Point and the 9mm has much higher pressures than any .380 +p. Also they say it is fine on their site. http://www.hi-pointfirearms.com/handguns/380acp/hi_point_380acp.html

I have never owned a HI-Point but love that their is a gun out that makes my Glock's look sleek. Every Hi Point I have shot seemed to work just fine and shot much better than I expected. Butt ugly but anything in a hurricane.

I feel like an idiot. I never thought to check their webpage, lol. Too excited to have a new peashooter I guess. Buffalo Bores it is, assuming they feed. Ive never had a problem with that in other guns so Ill keep my fingers crossed.
