.38 Super Comp?

What's the difference between this and the regular .38 Super? I assume it can drive bullets faster than the Super, but not up to 9x23 Winchester levels? Does anyone make factory ammo, or is just the brass availible?

It's a .38 Super case without the rim and a slightly thicker web.

Won't comment on the what's better or faster, because I'm not into ballistic warfare. Will only say that .38 Super is still the dominant cartridge at most gun games.

No factory ammo - it's only available as brass and exclusively from Starline.
