.308 win w/208 amax

Hello all,

I would like to hear from you who have tried this combination and if you don't mind, please give me your rifle/load specs.
I will be trying this in my Savage 24" 5R 1/11.25 twist with Hornady 208 HPBT.

Wow That's a very heavy bullet for 308. The heaviest I shoot is a 190.

If it works out for you let us know. Maybe some Reloder 17? I think Wideners has some in stock if you want to try.
