Have you chrono'd your loads?
Can't help with sub 10". The only loads I've chrono'd on my 10.5" so far are a couple of heavy supers. 16.4 grains H110 under 150 grain M2 ball pull does about 1750 fps (as memory serves) and 11.6 grains H110 under a MBC 245 grain hard cast lead is doing right at 1300 fps (a still unfinished work up to a full power heavy lead load).
That M2 load does more like 1900 fps from a 16" barrel, it is a pretty mild plinking load.

Supersonic 125gr or subsonic 220gr?
Super. Not concerned about sub as velocity defeats the purpose.
Thats using a mix of AAC's 125gr pink tips, and 147gr .308 military pulls.
If you load for 300blk, using 147gr military pulled bullets and H110 is a super cheap way to go for plinking. I recently loaded 1k of them for about $250.00. 15gr of the H110 puts it at about 1800fps. Have heard of guys loading them up with 18gr and hitting 2000-2100fps but I see no personal benefit in doing that.
Edit to add: All the ones I load are supersonic. For the price of Sierra Match King's it's not much cheaper to load them myself than buy from the factory. Only reason I'll consider loading subs in the future is if factory 220 subs get REALLY hard to find.

Actually the .300 B.O. and Wisper are designed for subsonic, supersonic is just a side benifit. A 220gr bullet at 1050fps with a suppressor will drop almost anything inside of 150yrds.

The purpose of a blackout is to be able to have AK ballistics in short barrels, using supersonic ammo AND the benefit of using subsonic ammo that will cycle in an AR platform without the need for adjusting the gas system when used with a suppressor.
The side benefit is a benefit to a benefit, which is the fact that you get all of the above with only having to change the barrel.

For my current setup with the T1, it's just easier to stick with supers when shooting anything past 50 yards because of drop.
If I went to one of the newer optics that have a reticle marked for supersonic/subsonic 300blk use it would be a different story. With that being said, the shorter range shooting is nice to use subs. Plus, I can load high volume for cheap with supersonic stuff.
Don't think anyone is saying a 220gr bullet moving at 1050fps can't kill just about anything it meets.
