243 win load. Returnbo and 107 sierra

Loaded up a batch today to try
Have any of y'all tried this powder and a Sierra 107 g bullet with any luck. Here in Alaska. Alot of natives use light guns to shoot caribou to moose with the 243. I will be loaded for my cousins rifle. I don't know what gun it is. But if it doesn't have the right twist. I will try it in my Ruger 77. I Sean it works well in it doing a search but not with returnbo.
Returnbo for my 300 rum and I have lbs of it

The Hodgdon Annual Manual states that the minimum load of REtumbo with a 107gr Sierra is 46.0 gr (2,785 fps). The maximum is 49.0 gr (compressed) (2,974 fps).

The Case length is listed as 2.850" and a Winchester Large rifle primer was used.
