Just got a batch of these guns and was going to get the pick of the litter for my own collection. But ran into a small problem, all the guns have light machining swirls on the receivers. My P220 Sport is clean and at Shot Show don't recall seeing any of these guns with these types of imperfections. These guns were on closeout from SIG at a real bargain. Just was wondering if that was the deal, guns were imperfect or they are all made this way.

My questions for those that possess them is, does your stainless 229 Sport have swirl marks on the receiver?

Absolutely NOT!

Mine is very clean and beautifully finished and fitted. Not a mis-machined part in it that I can detect.
