$225 for a like new Model 36?

I have a chance to buy a like new S&W model 36 for $225. I comes with original grips, rubber boot grips, oversized wood target grips, a fobus holster, and hks speed loader.

Does this sound like a good deal to you guys?

What about a Model 10 police turn-in in good condition and holster wear for $125?

Sounds like a good deal to me. I just bought a S&W 36 3" in fine-excellent condtion for $190.00 OTD so considering that your gun is in like new, it sounds like a good price. Those S&W 36s are sweet aren't they?

I agree. I would snap up both of them (assuming condition) and I already own at least one of each of them.

Absolutley on the Mod 36...a guy locally was trying to get 350 for one in 95% condition. Not certain I'd want a Mod 10 turn in from Police.
I have shot a bunch of Border Patrol Ruger 357s
and those were accuracy dogs....too loose for any
reasonable accuracy. Sure would depend on condition and darn careful inspection.

ABSOLUTELY!!

That is about a hundred dollars less than "like new" 36's go for around here. Come to think of it, you don't even SEE many 36's for sale.
