204 Ruger Loads

I just bought a Savage Model 11 204. I will load it like all my other rifles. I need a couple loads to try.

Most accurate powder thru all 26-40 Grain bullets.

I've only really tested one powder and bullet combination. I have others, but saw no need so have never made time.

Norma brass, CCI BR primer, 28.0gr Benchmark (hodgdon max listed load), Hornady 32gr V-Max, seated to 2.250 (default length). It matches actual (not advertised) factory ammo speed in 24" barrel (4,000 fps) and...

shoots 1/2 MOA or less at 100 yards, about 3/4 MOA at 410 yards.

peetzakilla's Bechmark load is using the Hodgdon Extreme powder, Sierra lists this powder as the most accurate they found.
