20 gauge turkey loads?

Does anyone know what shells one should use to hunt turkey with (20 gauge) or does such a animal exist?

Can't say for everybody but my turkey gun is a scoped Win mod 1200 20 gauge and my turkey loads are mostly:

1. Estate 2 3/4" 1 oz #4 high velocity hunting loads
2. Remington (same load but #6 shot)

Most shooters I know who use 20 gauge, (we seem to be in the minority) use the Federal turkey loads 2 3/4" #4 but I haven't tried them.

Thanks "Old Grump",
I could'nt make much sense of it all looking at ammo and figured that I could benefit from others experience. I still not sure I'm going to try turkey hunting just yet, but I do have an invite in hand.
Thanks again!

I use Federal 2 3/4" classic #4 magnum loads for turkeys. Bought a box many years ago, and still have a decent supply. After all, it only takes one.

I would come down in favor of a stout charge of #6 lead. #6s will keep your pellet count high, and lead, unlike tungsten (or steel) based pellets, a stray pellet will not cost you thousands at the dentist's office.
