20" collapsible stock AR-15?

Why does it seem like there are very few collapsible stock AR-15s with the 20" barrel. I think that's what I want to build - is there any reason I shouldn't? Are they rare because the point of the collapsible stock is overall shorter length and the longer barrel negates this? Inquiring minds want to know...

What buffer to be used on rifle with carbine stock? H buffer? 9mm buffer?

The regular tele-stock/CAR buffer will work; just don't use the buffer for the fixed stock.

An H or 9mm buffer will also work in a tele/CAR stock, but are unnecessary for a semi. Different weight buffers are really meant for full-auto use where bolt bounce is a problem.
