1911 Forum????

Has anyone heard what's happening with the 1911 Forum? Are they gonna be back, or are they KAPUT?

I am curious too. Why would e-mail issues cause a site to be shut down. That's not essential to run a message board.

I don't care if they do shut down and never come back. Some dimwitted moderator locked me out for expressing my opinion. I don't need to participate in a "politically correct" forum. I love the cops to death, but they are not to good to take some criticism just like the rest of us. That was the issue that I got locked out for, and I don't plan to get in some long thread here about it.

The forum is back online as of Sunday 2/10/02. The webmaster had to shut it down while he resolved some issues with e-mail access.

Terminator, I don't know why you were locked out, but I hope you weren't the one advocating the killing of any police officer who tried to confiscate his firearms. Whoever posted that one was WAY out of line.
