.17/223 Wildcat

I am considering the purchase of an H&R/Sako .17/223 but have some questions for the experts. Do you simply neck down a .223 Remington brass case using a .17/223 Wildcat sizing die and proceed normally or do you have to trim and go thru other steps to reach a reloadable case. I would appreciate any input. Thanks.
