147 gr.lead flat nose aol

Im about to start loading for my M&p 9mm.
My first loads will be S&S castings 147gr lead flat nose bullets.
these will be used for IDPA comp.Minor pf.My current manuals have little to no info on 147 fp.lead,Can any one help me out with a reasonable starting aol for this bullet.

I load mine at 1.13 and they feed fine in all my 9's. Poetic!

I load mine to 1.135" with a load of 3.5grs. of W231. They function perfect and are accurate. I shoot them in a Browning Hi-Power.
