I just started shot shell reloading for 12 guage. I loaded up some Remington Uni-bodies (not STS premier) 2 3/4" hulls with 19.6 gr of Green Dot. I was playing with the press today, and I found out the more powder I put in the bottle, the heavier the charge it throws. When I started loading yesterday the scales read 19.6-19.7 gr. Alliants data sugests 19.5., which according to them is 3 dram equil. The 2 3/4 dram load was about 17.5 gr. Today with the bottle 3/4 full I threw a couple charges as heavy as 20.5 gr. Do you think these are dangerous to fire? I think that would make these about 3 1/4 dram, but Alliant dosent list one that high for this hull.

For a consistent powder drop, I'd suggest you get a baffle. They're cheap, and even out the drop no matter how much powder is in the bottle.

That's one place that sells them, there are others also. That plastic one is, IMO, much better than the metal one that's marketed.
So far as shooting them, I would, but that's just me.

You should be all right with your load. I load the older Premier hull with 21.0 of Green Dot and they shoot fine. The SP unibody is a strong hull. I use them for my warp drive 1 1/4 oz. loads at 1340 and they hold up fine.
I e-mailed Alliant on Monday night. I got a reply Tuesday afternoon. She said they be fine. I took'em out yesterday evening and they shot better than I did. It's only my second time trap shooting, and I still haven't got all the mechanics figured out yet. I took out two other loads too. The cheap federal target hulls with WAA 12, CCI 209, and about 21 gr of Green dot did really well. The 3rd load was STS preimer, Rem 209, Rem fig 8 (actually, The Clay buster wanna be), and 19.6 gr of Green Dot. Shot pretty dirty. I don't think those wads were giving a very good seal.
I am going to pick up one of those baffles next month along, with a 1 oz charge bar. The press is a MEC 650 progressive. I got it in like new used condition for $140.

I emailed mec about the powder difference and here is what they emailed back.
This normally is related to static in the powder. Check the powder
bottle for possible static in the powder. The powder would be clinging
to the side of the bottle. To eliminate this, tear a small strip of a
Cling Free or Bounce anti -static sheet and hang in the top side of the
bottle. Put the red cap back in the bottle with some of the static
sheet hanging out to prevent the sheet from falling in and clogging up
the hole in the bottom of the bottle. Shake the bottle a few times and
then reinstall on the reloader.
