This was sighted in at approx. 6200' with a 20" 1 in 8 twist barrel using 55 grain american eagle .223 this should be showing right in the middle of the crosshairs but it's showing me to aim off to the right and low... What in the world am I doing wrong?

Maybe my google foo is weak but I can't find out why the state of Washington doesn't recognize Colorado's CHP but it recognizes Florida states non-resident or resident. (which seems to be pretty much the same procedure and less info than Colorado's) Who's got the answer?

So my wife just got an sp101 but sometimes the trigger sticks, when it sticks I can't pull it back any further. So I let it down and fire the next shot. Also someimes the hammer binds when pulling back. It seems both of these problems went away but how can I be certain that it's dependable.

Are there any pistol competitions in Southern California? I know some of the local ranges have little things here and there but I'm not aware of anything except some Cowboy Action stuff... and I'm not that kind of shooter.
