Has anyone tried the Danish 9mm?

SOG is selling 9mm ammo made in Denmark. I would expect it to be quality ammo. Has anyone tried it? How about the Greek stuff?

    Front Sight QC.

In a previous post I mentioned testing front sights for strength. I have heard of and seen Scattergun front sights that have come off. I always felt that silver brazing was the best way to go, but there are situations where the glued on front sight is the best option. I clean all areas with...

I received a NIB 870 Marine Magnum for some custom work and it had the new plastic (nylon? delrin?) trigger group. This is the first one I have seen that doesn't have an aluminum alloy trigger group. Oh well..... It did not have the PC safety, so there may be hope.

I was able to get up to the range this afternoon. I had a few barrels to test fire and I also wanted to check out the Estate SWAT shells. At 15 yards every shell grouped at or below 4". At 20 yards every shell grouped at or below 6". It wasn't practical to shoot at 25 yards. The pistol range...

    Benelli recoil

I often hear and read comments regarding the sharp recoil when firing the Benelli M1 S90. Most folks think this is due to the light weight of the Benelli as compared to an 870 or 590. Check the specs. The M1 S90 weighs about 6.7 to 7 pounds compared to 7 1/4 pounds for the 870HD or 6.75 for the...
