OK, not going to ask the Ford or Chevy question. Mine is, can I shoot a deer slug through a non rifled barrel? If so, will there be any problems with regular shells afterwards?

I live in NW Ohio. Where can I find IDPA,USPSA, or even unsanctioned competition shooting? This area seems to have a serious lack of shooting sports, other then Camp Perry, but even they don't have anything weekly, or monthly.
