I'm using the lee fcd on my 44 mag loads of Hornady 240 gn. XTP over h110 powder. I've noticed after crimping, the COL seems to wind up a few thousandths shorter than before crimping am I using too much crimp causing this problem? Thanks! :)

I have the 1st version manual brass case trimmer and I've noticed, they have a version 2 out now. Anyone know if one of the pilots from the 1st version trimmer will work to trim 6.5 creedmoor brass or if I will have to order another pilot maybe, a .260 size pilot? I sure hate to have to order...

I have loaded some of these for my Kimber Custom II stainless 1911 which, I use in Wilson Combat 47d magazines and it seems some of the rounds fail to come up the mag so they can be pushed into the chamber. I've read somewhere, that the 1911's feed better with fmj ammo has anyone else had luck...
