Looking for .40SW and .45ACP Brass

I'm looking for 400 to 500 pieces of .45ACP brass, once-fired, and 200 pieces or so of .40SW brass, once-fired. Anyone? I might also be interested in some once-fired .308 brass too.

Need a specific starting and max load for 7mm-08 load..

I have a couple of reloading manuals (Hornady and Speer)... but my friend recently got some Nosler 7mm, 140gr, Partition bullets... and he's set on using IMR4064 powder (he's got a lot of it)... can anyone take a peek in their Nosler manual and tell me if they list a starting / max load for this...

    Stamping Case Heads?

It's been a while since I asked a question so: I've been reloading my .308 Win using RCBS X-Dies, which eliminates retrimming the brass after firing (and thus extends brass life, etc.)... I have been marking the ammo with a sharpie so when i get back home with the brass, I know which brass has...

Sanity Check (or, is Weatherby really unique)?

I'm back into reloading after a long hiatus, and I decided I'd see if I could tweak the accuracy of my bolt rifle rounds a bit... I recalled, with my stepfather's 7MM-08, seating the bullet further out than the book called for... about .01" or so off the lands... I determined where the rifling...

Where do you buy your once-fired brass?

I've been looking for a site that sells once-fired brass (looking at .45ACP and .44Magnum, and probably will be looking for .308 Winchester at some point)... found two interesting sites, http://www.cheyennebrass.com/once_fired.asp and http://www.brassmanbrass.com/ ... anyone used these guys...

Is a magnum primer really necessary for H110 powder in the .44 Magnum?

I've noted in the Speer reloading manual they specify a Magnum (CCI of course) Large Pistol Primer for use with H110 in the .44 Magnum. In the latest Hornady manual, they are using a Winchester WLP Primer in similar loads... I've been loading using Magtech 2 1/2 primers (from what I've seen...

Looks like I've got an excuse to buy that Single Stage press now...

I've been successfully loading pistol ammo (.44 Magnum and .45ACP) on my Hornady LnL AP press for a month or so now, no complaints (some of you have helped me figure out some of the minor issues I've encountered thus far, thanks for that). I decided to see if I could load some .30-30 up on this...

    How to form 6.5-06 brass...

I've got a buddy (he doesn't have internet access, believe it or not) that has jumped into the reloading "game" with me... he inherited a decent set of equipment and even reloading components from his father, along with some pretty neat mausers... well, he's got this Turkish Mauser that's...

    Muzzle Brake?

I've got a .300 Weatherby Magnum (Weatherby Vanguard) that has claimed a few victims on the shooter's side of the gun (scope cuts, etc.), and the recoil is rather stiff making it not so fun to shoot. It is darned accurate, but I'd like to cut down on the recoil a bit. A fellow shooter at the...

Question about Dies and Lead Bullets for .45ACP

I have a new 3-die set, Hornady, for .45ACP. I've tried reloading some 230gr. LRN bullets (I measured a random sample of them, all showed .452 diameter. Well, these things seem to bulge the cases to the point where they won't feed reliably (tried them in two guns)... checked my reloading...

Need Help with Static and Hornady Powder Measure

At least I think it's static; I just got in my new LnL AP Press with powder measure, and everything is great mechanically (this thing is rather well built, and smooth, a far cry from the old Lee I used when I was a teenager)... but I do have one problem. While I've got all the dies properly...
