Got my new baby (from a fellow forum member - THANKS DAVE!), and if I do say so myself, she's a beaut. Springfield Armory Custom Shop model called a Marksman. Still in it's original hard chrome finish, and I love it. I'll post more later when I'm on a computer that doesn't crash every 5...

Held an Stainless over OD XDM-40 at a local gunstore this evening. First non-black framed XDM I've seen. Not my cup of tea, but I much prefer it to the old XD. Trigger didn't feel too bad either. Will have to rent one when they get one in their fleet.

I have a chance to trade for a P2000SK, variant 3, 40SW with nights, holster, and 3 mags - instant carry package! It's a killer deal - I don't need any help with that. But will I like the HK? I've never had one, but hear they're awesome. Any input would be appreciated.

I'm looking at a used CZ. It's the odd model that uses a P01 frame with a somewhat longer upper in 40SW. Looks about 97-99%, two hicaps, black polycoat looks perfect. It's priced at $289. Deal, or no deal?
