Looking over the data for .357 Magnum in my manuals, I've noted that the data for 125 gr. Hornady XTP bullets seems to be hotter than for regular 125 gr. JHP loads. Can anyone explain the reasoning for this? Or is the Speer manual just being overly cautious with their data.
