Just wondered how many of you have experienced the zing of a near miss. Or god forbid, have been hit. I had two Mini-14 rounds whiz by my head almost 20 years ago. Head shot to the guy right behind me. In case you wondered, spinal fluid is almost clear. :(

I gettin' the fever for one even though I have never seen one. :o It's just that I love the .30 carbine caliber and there is not a lot available to shoot it in. Would love to hear anyone's experiences.

newbie with questions. i have a colt 1911 government model and a ruger p90d. both are .45 acp. is it safe to shoot +p ammo in either of them? i emailed both companies and asked them a week ago yesterday and neither responded. thanks for any help.
