    Beretta 71

Got this off of GB. The fake can and threads had been removed before I got it. I didn't want to have to add a thread protector so it works perfect for me. The requisite handling marks are present, but mechanically pristine. Shoots great and functions flawlessly with standard and high velocity...

Magazine plug for Rossi lever gun

Does anyone make a mag plug for the Rossit .357 mag lever action? I was thinking of making my own if I used it to hunt deer. (If I decide to hunt in Ohio - 3 round limit)

Type 53 - There are many others, but this one is mine...

1953.11 dated with excellent bore. I have owned 3 M-44's, Two hex receivers, and one Finnish m-39. This Chinese version has the slickest bolt of all of them. Shoots to just above point of aim at 50 yards. (I did not feel like walking to the 100 yrd line) :D:D:D A few photos below:

    1903 .32 Colt barrel/relining

Does anyone know if one can purchase .32 acp liners to reline a colt barrel? Or, is anyone currently making these. I know that Numrich made some years ago, but I have not see any available for a long time.

    CZ 70 firing pin length

Update: CZ 70 firing pin length I just picked up one of these recently. During initial cleaning I noticed that the firing pin protrudes into the breech face ever so slightly (when pushed on from the rear) even when the fp block is engaged. I experimented with some primered brass and if I cock...

    My Third generation S&W 5946

I picked this up not too long ago. Very light "burnishing" from holster, like new internals! These things have one of the smoothest, shortest, DAO triggers ever. And, since I am a bit of a revolver fan, the trigger was very easy (for me) to get used to. Way more accurate than I, eats anything I...

Rossi M92 - Is this normal?

Ordered a 16" .357 a couple of weeks ago. Smooth action, shoots great. My one question is: Every thing works perfect unless the rifle is canted more than 45 degrees. Then, it will sometimes eject a live round along with the empty. I have read about putting a shim under the right side...

    Marlin 795 magazines from CDNN

Has anyone tried the "Post 1988" 10 round magazines in a their model 795? They list a post 96 (7 round) and a post 88 (10 round). I know it has to do with the bolt hold open. They have a weekend special with $5.00 shipping and I would like to order a couple of mags. Thanks, Rodger

    Early Colt 1903 question

I've come across a 1903 .32 Colt made in 1903. Serial # 10XX Most of the ones I have either owned or seen have the serial number stamped inside the slide. It doesn't appear to have ever been stamped. The slide looks to be original. Does anyone know if Colt stamped slides this early? Thanks...

    Rossi 462 Replacemenet grips

I own (and love) a Rossi 462 .357 magnum. It is the same size as an S&W K frame round butt. Has anyone tried to put S&W round butt grips on one of these? The stock rubber ones tend to cling to my shirt when I CCW with it. I would like to know before I order a set and have to send them back...

    Sterling .22 auto

I have a Sterling. It fails to eject empties 50% of the time. If I operate the slide by hand the live rounds feed and eject perfectly. I have tried several types of ammo, from standard to high velocity. The empty doesn't clear the ejection port, doesn't stove pipe, just stays lined up with...

    Colt 1903 & Browning 1910/22

Will the magazines interchange between the two ? Thanks Rodger

    Rossi 462 abbreviated range report

O.K., here goes. I came across the above mentioned revolver (used) at a local shop. After reading up on all the threads I figured for $219.00 it was worth a roll of the dice. What I ended up with was a Rossi/Taurus .357 that has a fit and finish that I just can't believe. I'm still looking for...
