#1 I've heard guys say to tumble your brass before you decap and resize. Then some say to tumble after. I guess the reasoning is to remove any debris so you don't scratch your dies. Some say it keeps media out of the flash hole. #2 Has anyone used the liquid cleaner from midway?

For all you 204 experts,.. what could one expect from shooting a 204 Ruger in a 16" barrel. I know there will be a loss of velocity, but I don't know how much is lost over advertise ballistics. Would it be enough to make it not worth it?

I'm bulding a gun for a guy chambered in the 338 RUM. I'm putting the Hollan quick discharge muzzle brake on it. I've used this brake on 308s, 30-06, & 223, but never on something this size. I'm wondering how well this will tame down this caliber. Anyone used this brake and caliber?

A guy claims he and his buddy consistantly shoot 1/2" -1" groups at 700 yrds. He is shooting a Surgeon rifle. I believe they said the caliber was 264 win mag. That is a sub 1/4 moa. (1/4 moa is 1.75") Would you call BS on that?
