I prefer to carry my EDC in a leather holster OWB at about 2:30. Can anyone tell me how to stop the leather squeak from my belt and holster? This is the only comfortable rig I have been able to find so far. I know there are a million more out there.

Thinking about getting a new bolt action. Any 783 owners want to review that model? I realize it isn't a 700 but how is the accuracy? And how sturdy is the stock?

I was wondering if you all think its worth doing some work to my factory AR trigger or just get an aftermarket setup? How good are the aftermarket triggers? My rifle is a DPMS and its a single stage trigger. Lots of creep and quite heavy.

Which milsurp is best for sporterizing? I wouldn't dream of butchering a good rifle but bubba has left many unfinished or poorly finished projects out there. I am always on the lookout for a good deal on a rifle so which ones should I be watching for.

Does anyone know where I can get a wedge for an ASM '51 Navy? Mine is bent, actually cupped right through the center. I was considering forging my own if I cant find one. Also, has anyone else had this problem? I only shoot 20-25 gr pyro-p, so I don't think I'm loading too heavy.
