OK here it is a bag of worms.S&W was made before Smith took a dive. Which is a better gun. I have a chance to buy one but cant shot either one first. Will carry while fishing and such. I know the 10mm is light but shot placement counts and is better than a stick.

Thinking of a Glock 20 to carry in woods ( live in Alaska ) dont intend to encounter PO'd Bear or Moose. Who does. I realize the 10 mm is marginnal but with a 15 round mag I like my chances. Does this Glock 20 hold up well? Imagine not a pleasure to shoot. Thanks all.

I once had a Browning lever action converted to 358 Norma Mag,is there a reason i cant convert a 7mm or 300 win mag Browning Pump into a 350 remington mag or a 358 norma mag. Think either one in a pump would be darn affective here in alaskan alders. Thanks , just like your thoughts.
