I shot Service Rifle for many years. 80's to 2000. Was the Service Trigger pull limit 4 lbs, I am sure it was. I understand it is now 4.5 pounds. When did it change ?

I have a couple of Pietta 1860 Armies that I love. The Stock Mounting Screws rub my trigger finger and are most annoying. Does anyone make a plug or flush screw to replace the Stock Screw ? What is that screw size ? I think if I new the size I could find or make something . :confused:

I bought a a 3" barrel for my Pietta 1860 and the problem is that it sits so close to the cylinder the cylinder will not turn, locked solid.. What is the best way to correct the problem ?

I heard the New Dakota was made by Uberti . Are parts interchangable on the SAA's specifically the grips ?

Wondering if anyone knew the backstrap and trigger guard screw sizes for the 1851 and 1860 pistols . Most replacement screw sets don't differentiate between Pietta and Uberti . Are they Metric or SAE ?

Wondering if any 22 cal shooters have tested the Sierra , Hornady and Nosler 52 grain Match bullets. I know Sierra is the most expensive and Nosler the least expensive, but my concern is how they shoot ? I shoot 222 Rem and 22-250 . :confused:
